Welcome to the eTwinning project "School Wellness Calendar"! This project will include activities designed to promote the emotional, physical and social well-being of students. The project's activities will be organized in the form of a well-being calendar.   The implementation of the activities will contribute significantly to the creation of a school climate in which all students feel supported, understood and encouraged to develop harmoniously.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 

A healthy and pleasant school environment contributes to the harmonious development of children and their academic and personal success. The eTwinning project "School Wellbeing Calendar" includes a variety of activities aimed at promoting the emotional, physical and social well-being of students. Project activities will be created after the project team has been established in the form of a wellness calendar. The implementation of these activities significantly contributes to the creation of a school climate in which all students feel supported, understood and encouraged to develop harmoniously. The activities of the eTwinning project "Calendar of well-being in school" are essential for creating a healthy, friendly educational environment for students, teachers and the whole European school community.

 

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT: (Aims)

The main purpose of this project is to promote well-being among students and teachers, to create and maintain a healthy, positive and inclusive educational environment that supports the harmonious development of students from an emotional, social and physical point of view. This project aims to ensure general well-being within the school community, both for students and teachers.

 

PROJECT OBJECTIVES: 

-Encouraging students to express their feelings, manage their emotions and build positive relationships with those around them. 

-Developing a positive educational environment where all participants feel respected and supported.

-Facilitating the exchange of ideas and experiences between schools from different countries, in order to adopt the best methods of promoting well-being.

-The development of collaborative activities, of mutual support, of friendships and the promotion of well-being as a result of these collaborations.

 

RESULTS OF THE PROJECT: 

Project participants should acquire valuable life skills, develop positive relationships both within and outside of school. The project also aims to create a culture of well-being in the school communities involved in the project. 

Project outcomes reflect improvements in emotional, social and physical well-being and can be measured in the short and long term by: 

-Improving the school climate 

-Development of students' socio-emotional skills 

-Better school performance 

-Active family and community involvement 

-Increasing student involvement in extracurricular activities 

-Reducing absenteeism and school dropout

PREPARATION:

The preparation of the eTwinning project "Calendar of well-being in the school" involves the establishment of communication channels, (Whats App group) the location on the project map of each participant, the establishment of the dissemination channels of the project, (Facebook group) the choice of Web 2 tools, establishing the eTwinning code of conduct, eSecurity, integrating the project into the curriculum of each country.

The team of the eTwinning project "Calendar of well-being in school" is very important. It is made up of teachers from different countries, students of different ages and their schools. It's important to get to know each other, that's why we wanted in this part of the project to get to know you, the project team, to learn about each other interesting things. Each teacher in the project will create that school climate that we will talk about in the project, where all students feel supported, understood and encouraged to develop harmoniously.

ACTIVITIES

Welcome to the eTwinning project "CALENDAR OF WELLBEING IN SCHOOL"! This project will include activities designed to promote the emotional, physical and social well-being of students. That's why I created a twinboard where I invite you to propose activities that will be analyzed by the project team, approved and coordinated by you if selected. When describing the project, use: name of the activity, description, pursued objectives, results, image of the activity. Project activities will be organized in the form of a welfare calendar. I have already proposed the first activity. In implementing the activities, please remember that they must contribute significantly to the creation of a school climate in which all students feel supported, understood and encouraged to develop harmoniously.

Activity 1: The well - being in nature - #CodeWeek

We spent time in nature and enjoyed autumn, meeting with colleagues. I noticed the leaves, the grass, the birds... their colors.  We confidently participated in #EUCodeWeek and tested our digital and coding skills in a fun and engaging way. This activity has significantly contributed to creating a school climate where all students feel supported, understood and encouraged.

Activity 2 - The well - being of my class

Activity 2 - The well - being of my class Well-being is an indicator of quality of life. In activity 2 we proposed to bring a sense of well-being to our classrooms.

SUCCESS IS LEARNED, DEVELOPED, PRACTICEED!
To create a sense of well-being, we did things welcoming our favorite season, IARNA. The purpose of the activities was to allow children to: recognize their own value, build good relationships and work well with others, form a team, develop positive relationships, respect for each other, understand diversity and differences

Activity 3: - The Wellbeing of my Campaign

On the International Day of Nonviolence in Schools, we carried out a campaign to promote nonviolence in schools. I identified ways to resolve conflicts through communication and relationships and presented a material to the students. The CAMPAIGN was called: I am the change in my school! All students participating in the project displayed the same banner in class and wore the campaign logo on their chests throughout the campaign.

During the activities, the students in the project will wear this symbol, to be aware that they are participating in the I AM THE CHANGE IN MY SCHOOL campaign! from the etwinning CALENDAR OF WELLBEING IN SCHOOL project.  (red - girls, blue boys)

Campaign I am the change in my school! brought together activities to understand the phenomenon of violence, the importance of building an inclusive, harmonious, tolerant and non-discriminatory school environment. The activities reinforced values ​​such as: Responsibility, Education, Safety, Prevention, Emotions, Communication, Tolerance. The activities facilitate the awareness of the importance of a safe and peaceful educational climate to guarantee a quality education in the school.












Activity 4: The Wellbeing through disciplines: music, dance, poetry and painting
Beyond the classroom, we have at hand pedagogical tools that can be used in the learning process, making it more attractive and meaningful. Art contributes to the cognitive and emotional development of students and is an essential component of the educational experience. Dance, music, poetry and painting are art forms and each of these artistic activities provides unique opportunities for learning and personal development for students.

GROUP 1 consisting of 3 teachers: Borș Elisabeta Edit Romania Kremena Marinova Bulgaria Rabies ALTUNIŞIKÇİLBİRCİ Turkey they have collaborated to do activity 4, developing emotional skills using music, dance and poetry in their activity sequences. 
The group collaboration between the 3 partners and their students, from different countries was posted on the WEBSITE in the form of a joint video. The collaboration between the 3 teachers took place on the forum, each teacher communicated his option for the activity.

 

9.4 At DISIMINARE, I uploaded the painting activity of the IIIrd grade from the Apold Romania Secondary School, the INDIVIDUAL activity in which all the students of the class participated. This CHILD PORTRAIT activity gives children a great way to express themselves and develop their self-esteem.

Activity 8:  Safer Internet Day- Optional activity
#SID2025 #SaferINTERNETDay2025 Safer Internet Day (SID) takes place on February 11. The theme for 2025 is "Together for a Better Internet". A global day that takes place across the globe, through this campaign we are calling on all stakeholders to come together to make the internet a safer and better place for everyone, especially children.

Jocurile matematice sunt instrumente esențiale în predarea matematicii în învățământul primar. Ele transformă învățarea într-o activitate plăcută, stimulând interesul și motivația elevilor. Prin utilizarea adecvată a jocurilor, copiii nu numai că învață concepte matematice, ci și dezvoltă abilități cognitive, sociale și emoționale. Jocurile matematice sunt foarte importante în actul educațional al școlarilor mici.
